We are seeking a Backend Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to design and build scalable secure and high-performing backend systems You will be responsible for developing APIs optimizing data storage ensuring system reliability and collaborating with frontend and DevOps teams to deliver robust applications This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges working with distributed systems and driving backend architecture Responsibilities Design develop and maintain backend services and APIs REST GraphQL Build scalable reliable and secure server-side applications Work with relational and NoSQL databases PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB Redis Optimize application performance scalability and fault tolerance Collaborate with frontend DevOps and QA teams for seamless product delivery Implement authentication authorization and security best practices Write unit integration and performance tests to ensure reliability Contribute to architecture discussions and technical design decisions Troubleshoot production issues across services and infrastructure layers Requirements Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field RESTful GraphQL APIs with Node js Python Flask FastAPI Express Database Management AWS Knowledge of OAuth2 JWT IAM roles and secure API best practices Proficiency in one or more backend languages Java Node js Python or Go Strong understanding of REST APIs GraphQL and microservices Hands-on experience with databases SQL NoSQL Knowledge of caching message queues Kafka RabbitMQ and distributed systems Familiarity with CI CD and cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP Experience with containerization Docker Kubernetes Familiarity with event-driven architectures and real-time applications Exposure to Infrastructure as Code Terraform Ansible Strong debugging and performance optimization skills Benefits Opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced IT organization Make a real impact on the company s success by shaping a positive and engaging work culture Work with a talented and collaborative team Be part of a company that is passionate about making a difference through technology
