Role Overview We are seeking a talented and creativeGraphic Designer & Video Editorto join our Hubli-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated designer who is passionate about creating compelling visual content for digital and print media. You will work on diverse projects, collaborating with our creative team to produce high-quality graphics and videos that elevate brand presence across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design: - Create visually engaging and on-brand graphics for digital and print media - Design graphics for social media, websites, marketing collateral, and advertising materials - Develop concepts and execute original visual content with expertise in color theory, typography, and layout design - Maintain visual consistency across all brand communications and platforms - Collaborate with the team to translate project briefs into compelling designs Video Editing: - Edit and produce engaging short and long-form video content for various platforms - Work with raw footage and edit content based on project specifications and brand guidelines - Implement creative feedback and revisions from stakeholders and project leads - Create motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video storytelling - Ensure all video deliverables meet quality standards and deadline requirements General: - Stay updated with the latest design and video editing trends and best practices - Maintain organized file systems and design documentation - Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment - Meet project deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards - Contribute ideas and innovations to improve creative processes Required Qualifications & Experience - 1-2 years of professional experiencein graphic design, video editing, or a related creative field - Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both graphic design and video editing work - Proficiency in industry-standard software including: - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) - Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent editing software - Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Basic knowledge of video editing principles, color correction, and sound design - Ability to work with various file formats and resolution standards - Must be based in Hubli, Karnataka Local candidates only Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or related field - Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) - Familiarity with motion graphics and animation - Experience with content management systems and web design basics - Knowledge of branding and visual identity development - Experience working with multiple simultaneous projects Essential Skills - Technical Skills:Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), video editing software, color correction, motion graphics - Creative Skills:Visual storytelling, creativity, design thinking, ability to visualize concepts - Soft Skills:Time management, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, adaptability - Problem-solving:Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions What We Offer - Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging creative projects - Collaborative and supportive creative environment - Potential for growth and skill development - Exposure to latest design and video production trends How to Apply Interested candidates should: 1.
