Job Description Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Head Site Engineer, located in Ranchi. The incumbent will oversee on-site project execution, manage quality control processes and ensure adherence to structural and civil engineering standards. Day-to-day tasks include supervising engineering teams, monitoring progress, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring that projects meet prescribed timelines and quality benchmarks. Additionally, the role involves regular communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations on-site. Qualifications - Expertise in On-Site Management with strong problem-solving capabilities - Proficiency in Structural and Civil Engineering principles and practices - Experience in setting up and adhering to Quality Control systems - Exceptional Communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders - Bachelor's degree B.E/Btech in Civil Engineering or a related field is required(M.Tech preferred) - 12+ years of proven experience in a senior site engineering,large scale real estate/construction projects. - experience in handling high_rise residential/commercial projects.
