Role Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement robust test strategies for complex distributed systems.
- Design and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, and data validation.
- Lead unit testing efforts using xUnit/MS Test and ensure coverage across interfaces.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Drive root cause analysis and reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR).
- Work on mission-critical components like payment gateways, remittance flows, and secure APIs.
