Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Pattern Cutter based in Gurgaon. The Senior Pattern Cutter will collaborate with designers and production teams to create high-quality patterns for leather, vegan/faux leather, and other materials. Responsibilities include interpreting design briefs, drafting patterns, ensuring accuracy in fit, grading, and overseeing the sampling process to meet client specifications. The Senior Pattern Cutter will also maintain quality standards, troubleshoot pattern-related issues, and guide junior team members as required. Qualifications - Proficient in pattern drafting, grading, and fabric cutting, with a focus on precision and attention to detail - Experience working with leather, vegan/faux leather, and other garment and accessory materials - Knowledge of garment construction, fit, and quality control processes - Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with designers and production teams - Leadership abilities to mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance - Proficiency in using CAD software for pattern-making and related tools is preferred - Relevant professional certification or degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel Design, or related field - Prior experience in a similar role within the fashion or manufacturing industry, particularly in leather and lifestyle products
