Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sr. Scientific Executive/Asst. Manager Scientific/Deputy Manager Scientific to join our Medical Affairs team. This role involves driving medical initiatives, supporting product launches, providing scientific support, and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality medical information.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Launch:
Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and prepare medical manuals and presentations.
Deliver impactful new product launch presentations to the marketing team and field force, including technical insights.
Query Resolution:
Address queries from field representatives and doctors, ensuring strong customer relationships.
Provide relevant scientific support to resolve complex queries effectively.
Scientific Support:
Stay updated with the latest scientific developments, therapy area guidelines, and landmark trials.
Provide technical support to marketing and sales teams, validating medical content for accuracy.
Prepare prescribing information and organize CME kits, including PowerPoint presentations and key references.
Training:
Conduct training sessions for new hires and refresher courses for medical representatives to disseminate medical knowledge effectively.
New Product Ideation:
Provide medical rationale for new product launches and suggest innovative dosage forms, indication expansions, and novel product ideas.
Publications:
Prepare and publish manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals, including original research and review articles.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: M.Pharm is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a relevant role.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of medical and scientific concepts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in preparing medical literature, presentations, and publications.
Ability to collaborate across teams and maintain customer focus.
