What we do?

Vison Plus’s Product Management team drives B2B & B2C payments product initiatives from inception through execution, makes impacts and launches products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, stakeholders, leadership and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.

We are building Maddo, a B2C financial platform for Kids and Parents in the Middle East region. Our mission is to empower every kid to become smart with money. We're making it happen by equipping them with the right tools to confidently navigate their financial journey.

With Maddo’s prepaid debit card and companion app, kids can spend, save, earn, and give—because hands-on learning isn’t just effective, it’s fun. And Parents can control and manage their Kids financial journey through the app.

To raise a generation of independent, confident young adults with the money skills they need for a lifetime of success in the Middle East.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Manager with 5-10 years' experience to join our dynamic team.

In this role based out of Bengaluru, you will drive the development and growth of our gamified Maddo B2C App (IOS/Android) and the Prepaid Cards/Wallet/Tap & Pay platform, products and services, ensuring exceptional user experiences and innovative solutions for Kids and Parents. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of digital payments and financial technology while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define the consumer Mobile App features (IOS/Android), write growth led product specifications, user journeys, User stories, define UX/CX, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, help write test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ultimately ship products/features in a timely manner.

• Experience using Jira and Confluence, manage daily standups and Sprints. • Reporting to the Group Chief Product Officer

• Build the Core Prepaid Cards payments App and the digital wallet and product capabilities working closely with our core customers, Banking and local Payment partners, regulatory and compliance.

• Create and maintain the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind.

• Interview and interact with customers to build empathy, ensuring that their needs are met

• Build world class data led products for higher conversion and success.

• Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately and weigh trade-offs that must be made

• Perform market research, competition and analysis

• Represent the team in communication with cross-functional teams

• Manage specific features within a product line.

Job Requirements:

• Experience working in Mobile first FinTech/Digital Payments and Consumer product-led company, owning a high-growth customer-facing payments product, particularly B2C.

• Experience working with Cards and Wallets

• Experience of building API based payment products, integrations with Banks, Tech partners, Merchants, PG, Cards

• Experience in creating Video based LMS solutions & Gamification desirable.

• Deep understanding of how UI/UX works for Financial Products • Knowledgeable and passionate about the consumer payments landscape and technologies.

• Experience working with engineers on a daily basis, and leading the team with context rather than authority

• Customer-obsessed, experience in putting the customer experience first.

• Great at collaborating – you’re a true “people person” who thrives both working directly with engineers and design and presenting to the company about KPIs and feature launches.

You’re equally comfortable gathering feedback from customers and the sales team and enjoy working cross-functionally across the business.

• A true self-starter, not waiting for direction but leading the charge of your domain

• Experience in a heavily data-driven environment, using data to guide decision-making at every stage of the product life cycle

• A passion for growth, obsessively focussing on how we can grow usage and adoption of our products

• CSPO Certification Preferred.
