The role involves assisting with the implementation of SAP Business One solutions, coordinating with clients, understanding their business processes, and providing technical support. Day-to-day tasks include gathering business requirements, configuring the system, conducting training sessions, and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth operations for clients. Qualifications - BE Mechanical, First Class though out - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Effective communication and teamwork skills - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - Experience with SAP Business One or other ERP systems is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word - Commitment to providing excellent customer service
