Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Client Servicing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely project execution, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the point of contact for assigned clients and maintain long-term relationships.

Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams (creative, digital, design, etc.).

Coordinate and follow up on deliverables to ensure timelines and quality expectations are met.

Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations.

Support the senior servicing team in day-to-day client interactions and project management.

Handle client feedback constructively and ensure timely resolution of any issues.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and client competitors to provide proactive suggestions.

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively

Basic understanding of branding, marketing, and digital media

Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Workspace (Google sheet, Google slides)

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any field (Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is a plus)

Internship or prior experience in a client servicing/account management role is a plus Perks & Benefits:
