- Minimum 2-5 years of hands on experience as a Video Editor. Agency experience is a bonus
- Motion Design, Motion Graphics, video editing and Graphic Design skills. Video Production and Graphics skills
- The ideal candidate will be a storyteller, listener and a problem solver all in one with strong creative skills and an eye for quality and attention to detail which is imperative when it comes time to edit video
- Perform color correction and color grading to ensure visual consistency and a polished look across all video outputs.
- Work with DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent) to adjust exposure, contrast, color balance, and skin tones with precision.
- Collaborate with cinematographers/directors to preserve the creative intent of the footage during grading.
- Manage color pipelines and ensure accurate delivery across platforms (broadcast, digital, social, etc.).
- Apply LUTs and develop custom grading styles as needed.
- Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
- Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications
- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
- Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
- Create rough and final cuts
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
- Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
