Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a General Fitness Coach located in Bengaluru. The Fitness Coach will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness plans, conducting fitness assessments, leading training, providing guidance on nutrition, and ensuring participants safety during workouts and having the knowledge of gym equipments. Additionally, the coach will guide and motivate clients on the gym floor, track their progress, and adjust fitness programs as needed to meet their goals. Qualifications: - Experience in designing and implementing personalized fitness plans - Ability to conduct fitness assessments - Knowledge of nutrition and ability to provide guidance on healthy eating - Strong motivational and communication skills - First aid and CPR certification is a plus - Relevant certifications such as NASM, ACSM, ACE, or equivalent - Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Education, or related field - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
