The Job in a Nutshell💡 We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Engineer (SDE-1) to design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems. You will work on cutting-edge technologies, focusing on microservices, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems. If you're passionate about backend engineering and love solving complex challenges, apply now What You Will Do💡 - Develop and optimize scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java and Golang. - Architect and implement microservices-based applications with a focus on performance, security, and reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Frontend, DevOps) to design and deliver high-quality solutions. - Ensure system reliability by implementing best practices for monitoring, alerting, and observability. - Drive technical excellence through code reviews, architectural discussions, and mentoring junior engineers. - Work on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes & Docker. - Optimize databases and APIs for performance and scalability. - Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to the adoption of new technologies when relevant. Requirements What Are We Looking For❓ - 1-4 years of backend development experience with strong expertise in Java and Golang. - In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Kubernetes, Docker). - Hands-on experience in building and scaling APIs (REST, GraphQL, or gRPC). - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation. - Experience working with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems). - Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and work independently on large-scale projects. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Bachelor's/Master's degree from a Top Tier-1 institution (IITs, IIMs, NITs, ISB, top global universities, etc.) is strongly preferred.
