Key Responsibilities: - Content Creation: Develop, script, and produce video content for our public speaking courses, tutorials, promotional videos, and social media. - Video Editing: Edit raw footage into compelling, professional-quality videos using industry-standard tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.). - Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and instructional design teams to brainstorm, storyboard, and create content that aligns with Fantastiqo's brand vision and message. - Course Content: Produce and edit educational videos that clearly convey public speaking strategies, tips, and exercises for students. - Social Media: Create engaging short-form content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Requirements: - Experience: Proven experience as a video creator or editor, with a portfolio showcasing your best work. - Creativity: Strong creative skills with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. - Communication: Ability to convey complex ideas in simple, engaging ways through video content. - Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills, comfortable receiving and providing feedback. - Flexibility: Ability to work on both long-form educational content and short-form promotional materials. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of public speaking, personal development, or education sectors. - Experience in creating online course content or educational videos. - Familiarity with current video trends and social media best practices.
