Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant to join our team in Ahmedabad,India. This role will primarily support our Dubai Team in maintaining the books of accounts for UAE-based companies and managing UAE accounting, tax compliance, and advisory services. The ideal candidate will be a CA, Inter CA, or ACCA qualified professional with strong expertise in Accounting (IFRS), Corporate Tax, and VAT. This role involves handling complex client portfolios, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and delivering high-quality advisory and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts for UAE-based companies in line with UAE accounting standards.
- Prepare and file Tax Returns, VAT Returns, and other statutory filings as per UAE regulations.
- Provide tax-related advisory and compliance support to clients.
- Perform Ind AS-based accounting and ensure financial statements are compliant with applicable standards.
- Assist in audit preparations and coordinate with auditors for UAE entities.
- Utilize and manage accounting software including Tally, Zoho, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the Dubai Team to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of accounting and tax services.
- Support in preparing management reports, reconciliations, and analyses for decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: CA, CA-IPCC, B.Com, M.Com, or an equivalent degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Experience: 25 years of experience in accounting, taxation, or advisory roles (UAE / Indian accounting / tax experience preferred but not mandatory). Excel Proficiency is a must
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally, Zoho, or QuickBooks.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Ind AS-based accounting and UAE tax regulations.
