Job Description

IILM University, School of Computer Science and Engineering (SCSE), Greater Noida, invites applications for senior-level position:

Associate Dean Research for School of Computer Science

Key Responsibilities:

o Drive research excellence by nurturing a culture of innovation and collaboration.

o Lead strategic initiatives to enhance research output and secure external funding.

o Develop and implement policies to support faculty and student research projects.

o Build partnerships with industry, government, and academic institutions for impactful collaborations.

o Oversee the development of research centers, publications, and intellectual property.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

o A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution. Having PDFs will be preferred.

o A minimum of 12 years of Teaching and Research Experience in the University/National Level Institutions

o A minimum of 10 years of Teaching Experience as a Professor/ Associate Professor or at an equivalent level in the University/National Level Institutions in the department of SCSE.

o At least 10 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE approved list of journals.

o At least 2 Research Scholars should have been Successfully Guided and awarded Ph.D. as Ph.D. Guide/ Ph.D. Supervisor

Associate Dean Academics

1. Provide visionary leadership in academic planning, curriculum development, and program enhancement.
2. Ensure alignment of academic programs with industry standards, accreditation requirements, and university goals.
3. Lead the development and implementation of innovative teaching methodologies and technology-driven learning.
4. Encourage faculty research, publications, and participation in academic conferences.
5. Promote an inclusive and collaborative work culture among faculty and academic staff.
