We are currently seeking a Business Analyst - Telecom Domain (Broadband & Wi-Fi Technologies) to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the Telecom domain, specifically in Broadband and Wi-Fi technologies. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in business analysis, with proven expertise in gathering requirements, stakeholder management, and driving technology solutions in telecom environments. ---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to broadband and Wi-Fi services. - Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. - Work closely with product owners, architects, and development teams to ensure solutions align with business goals. - Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies. - Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and presentations. - Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business expectations. - Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in broadband and Wi-Fi to inform strategic decisions. ---------------------------------------- Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Telecom domain. - Strong understanding of Broadband and Wi-Fi technologies, including network architecture, service provisioning, and customer experience. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
