We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage a team of staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
- Problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
