Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing & Content Creation professional, located in Mohali Chandigarh. The role involves managing social media marketing campaigns, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, analyzing web traffic, optimizing online marketing efforts, and creating engaging content. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to improve communication with potential customers and elevate the company's online presence.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Communication
- Experience in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing
- Strong skills in Web Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus

Role & Responsibilities

- Design engaging creatives, infographics, and marketing collaterals using Canva.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, campaigns, and YouTube.
- Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and campaigns.
- Conduct research and create educational financial content related to Mutual Funds, Unlisted Shares, P2P Lending, and other financial products.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative digital strategies.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/Filmora/CapCut or similar).
- Strong content writing skills with good command over English (financial writing is a plus).
- Knowledge of the Indian financial sector, especially Mutual Funds, Unlisted Shares, and P2P Lending.
- Basic understanding of SEO & digital marketing trends.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
