Job Description Key Responsibilities - Design and develop ETL protocols using Biovia Pipeline Pilot v2017R2 for extracting, transforming, and loading data from lab systems (gLIMS, MODA, LabWare, Thermo Fisher) and flat files. - Configure ETL parameters including DB environments (Dev, Test, Stage, Prod), data classes, identifiers, folder paths, and runtime settings. - Perform schema-level transformations and integrate data into Oracle 19c business layers for EMDA modules. - Troubleshoot ETL failures, ODBC connection issues, and Oracle-specific exceptions. - Collaborate with DBAs and EMDA support teams to resolve data access, performance, and integration issues. - Support audit trail retrieval and verification processes using SQL queries and EMDA audit tables. - Participate in Agile development cycles and contribute to validation documentation (ADLC plans, SOPs, design specifications). - Provide analytical support for EMDA modules such as: - Heatmaps - MODA History & Trend Check - Utility/Water Trending - Automated Reports - ASRAT (Aseptic Site Risk Assessment Tool) Required Skills - 7+ years of experience in ETL development, preferably in regulated/GMP environments. - Strong hands-on expertise with Biovia Pipeline Pilot (protocol design, parameter configuration, error handling). - Advanced SQL skills with experience in Oracle, SQL Server, flat file ingestion. - Knowledge of GMP compliance, audit trail management, and validation documentation. - Hands-on experience with tools such as Visual Studio, VS Code, Postman, JIRA, GitHub/Bitbucket, Toad (3+ years). Preferred Attributes - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Experience working with global teams in a remote setup. - Ability to interpret and analyse environmental monitoring data for compliance-driven decision-making.
