The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of e-commerce platforms, listing processes, and basic Excel skills. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) File SPF (Seller Protection Fund) claims and resolve platform-related issues Create and manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBF (Fulfilled by Flipkart) shipments Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability across platforms Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order processing Monitor product performance, pricing, and stock levels Use Excel for data entry, basic analysis, and report generation Perform other day-to-day operational tasks related to e-commerce business Requirements: Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations Understanding of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Prior experience in e-commerce operations will be an added advantage What We Offer: - A learning-focused environment with opportunities to grow. - Exposure to multiple e-commerce platforms and processes. - Supportive team and workplace culture. - Fixed monthly salary up to 20,000.
