Designation Grade Title Facility Manager Job Location Ahmedabad Gujarat Reporting to Director Number of Openings 2 Industry Preference Real Estate or Facility Management Company Employment Type Full-time Office Job Required Qualifications Experience Education Bachelor s degree in any discipline Experience Minimum 10 years in facility management preferably in sanitation and hygiene within the real estate or facility management industry Gender Male candidates preferred Age Limit No age restrictions We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager with a proven track record in sanitation and hygiene management The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness safety and operational efficiency across facilities This role requires strong leadership skills attention to detail and the ability to manage and motivate ground staff Key Responsibilities Create implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures SOPs for facility operations sanitation and hygiene Oversee the recruitment training and deployment of ground staff including housekeeping janitorial and maintenance teams Ensure quality control and assurance of sanitation and hygiene processes in all assigned facilities Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to maintain compliance with safety and cleanliness standards Maintain detailed records of facility operations staff performance and maintenance activities Liaise with vendors contractors and service providers for facility-related requirements Effectively communicate with the management team clients and ground staff in Gujarati and Hindi Travel within Ahmedabad as required to manage multiple facilities Required Skills Primary Skills Expertise in facility management with a focus on sanitation and hygiene Strong knowledge of industry standards safety regulations and quality assurance processes Secondary Skills Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi Strong leadership and team management abilities Good organizational and problem-solving skills Other Details This is a leadership role requiring a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep Candidates must be comfortable traveling locally within Ahmedabad as part of their job responsibilities Salary Benefits Salary Around INR 50 000 per month Other Benefits Leadership position Vehicle Requirement Candidate must have a vehicle for local travel within Ahmedabad Timings 8 00 AM - 6 00 PM Send latest update CV to and we will call you back if your profile will get shortlisted within 2 working days Call on 91-8469747821 for more details or send message on WhatsApp for the quick response
