Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, presenting and selling VIGOURE MMA and Fitness programs and memberships, and providing top-notch customer support. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, explaining program benefits, providing ongoing follow-ups, and maintaining detailed records of interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
- Excellent Communication and Sales skills
- Experience in Training and onboarding customers
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Previous experience in the fitness industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
