Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative DTP Artist to join our agency, Surreal Global. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CorelDRAW and/or Adobe Illustrator, with the ability to create basic artworks, cutting files, and simple technical drawings that support our decor production and installation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create clean and production-ready design files in CorelDRAW and/or Illustrator.
- Develop cutting files for laser, CNC, and vinyl plotters.
- Prepare mock-ups, layout files, and basic artwork for client approval.
- Translate concepts or sketches into simple technical drawings with accurate measurements.
- Collaborate with designers and production teams to ensure files meet requirements.
- Maintain organized file systems and naming conventions for all artworks.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience in DTP or production design, preferably in a decor/event agency.
- Understanding of cutting file formats, vector artwork, and print-ready file setup.
- Basic knowledge of technical drawings and layout principles.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in measurements, and file formatting.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Good to Have:

- Familiarity with vinyl cutting, laser cutting, or CNC workflows.
- Basic understanding of materials used in decor (acrylic, foam, MDF, vinyl, etc.)
- Experience in 2D mock-up creation.
