What Youll Do
- Invoice Management:
- Check invoices and credit memos for accuracy.
- Submit electronic invoices and track progress from billing to collection.
- Customer Interaction:
- Monitor emails for customer and account change requests.
- Communicate updates with both the team and customers.
- Account Maintenance:
- Perform account authorizations and review new customer accounts.
- Approve billing rates according to company standards.
- Reporting & Support:
- Prepare special request reports as needed.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as directed.
Who You Are
Youre a detail-oriented professional with a talent for ensuring accuracy and managing multiple priorities. If you have:
- 3+ years experience in a similar billing role.
- An associate or bachelors degree in Accounting or Business.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- A solid understanding of billing systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate across all levels of the organization.
- A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent team collaboration skills.
- The ability to multi-task, handle interruptions, and maintain flexibility in assignments.
