We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing ERP software company As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving the growth of our ERP solutions The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills a passion for technology and a proven track record of sales success in the software or technology space Work Experience Should have 3 years of experience in Software sales with Direct selling face to face We need a person who should be presentable comfortable for visits to clients for demos and could be able to demonstrate the product to clients Roles and Responsibilities Prospect and Generate Leads Identify and engage potential clients in various industries by understanding their needs and how our ERP solutions can benefit their business operations Conduct Market Research Perform in-depth market research to identify potential selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs ensuring our ERP solutions are effectively positioned in the market Seek New Sales Opportunities Actively pursue new sales opportunities by cold calling networking and leveraging social media platforms to engage with prospective clients Sales Strategy Development Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets Set Up Client Meetings Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients listen attentively to their business requirements challenges and objectives ensuring a tailored approach to selling our ERP solutions Product Presentations Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the features benefits and value of our ERP products and services aligning with customer needs and industry-specific demands Sales Reporting Regularly create and submit detailed sales reviews and financial reports tracking key performance indicators sales activities and progress toward targets Negotiate and Close Deals Effectively negotiate and close sales deals overcoming objections and handling client complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction Team Collaboration Work closely with internal teams including marketing and product development to align on customer feedback sales strategies and product improvements Customer Feedback Actively gather feedback from customers and prospects regarding our ERP solutions and communicate insights to internal teams to improve the customer experience and drive future sales Skill Sets Required Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Previous experience in B2B sales particularly in technology or software industries Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentatioN Knowledge of manufacturing terminology and processes such as ERP Engineering BOM Estimating Sales Order Processing MRP Work Orders Production Planning Scheduling Inventory Management Purchasing Accounting and Supply Chain Management Isa Plus Experience selling in the manufacturing software market place is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Ability to commute relocate Panchkula Haryana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience software selling 1 year Preferred Location Panchkula Haryana Preferred Willingness to travel 50 Preferred
