Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Operations Manager based in Bengaluru. The Senior Operations Manager will oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing logistics, coordinating with international partners, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities will include streamlining operational processes, supervising team activities, monitoring budgets, and maintaining quality standards. Additionally, the role will involve analyzing operational efficiency, leading a team, and implementing solutions to drive business growth. Qualifications - Operations Management and logistical planning expertise in Travel and Tourism is essential - Team leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Proficiency in budgeting, reporting, and performance monitoring - Ability to coordinate with international partners and manage stakeholder relationships - Problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities - Prior experience in the tourism tourism industry is imperative - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields preferred
