About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Onsite Expert who will primarily work remotely but travel regularly to client or project sites. The ideal candidate will act as the critical link between remote operations and onsite execution, ensuring smooth project delivery, troubleshooting, and expert support.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute frequent travel schedules, including arranging transportation, accommodation, and adhering to client site protocols and safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with remote support teams, project managers, and technical specialists to ensure seamless information flow and issue resolution.
- Maintain thorough records of onsite activities, including diagnostics, actions taken, and recommendations. Prepare detailed reports for internal teams and clients.
- Provide feedback from the field to help improve service delivery, product design, and support processes. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to onsite operations.
- Adhere to all travel, safety, and compliance policies during travel and onsite visits to protect yourself, clients, and the company.
- Maintain the premium tone and quality standards of Swiggy's RARE service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Must be open to travel as and when required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical role requiring onsite travel and client interaction.
- Excellent problem solving & decision making in real-time.
- Strong communication & stakeholder management.
- Adaptability to work in diverse environments and under varying client conditions.
