Job Details
- Experience Required: 5-7 years of experience in technology sales/IT staff augmentation/resource outsourcing, preferably with exposure to BFSI or telecom.
- Compensation Bracket: 12L-15L + sales incentives
- Qualifications: Graudation is must.
- Location: Remote
- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (Candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days are preferred).
Must Have:
- Prior experience selling IBM/Microsoft/cloud/AI/HR Tech solutions.
- Network of clients in Mumbai and Western India.
- Experience in solution/consultative sales.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and manage relationships for IT/technology sales and technology resource augmentation, especially in BFSI, telecom, and enterprise sectors.
- Drive sales of IBM and Microsoft solutions, and support go-to-market for proprietary GenAI and upskilling products.
- Manage the full sales cycle lead generation, solution presentation, negotiations, closures, and account ramp-up.
- Identify and engage decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, CHRO, Talent Acquisition Heads L& D Heads) and maintain a robust pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal delivery and other teams for seamless execution.
- Target annual revenue goals; provide weekly/quarterly sales reports.
- Stay abreast of resource augmentation and enterprise tech trends.
- WFH role; preference for high self-motivation and remote discipline.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven record of closing technology augmentation or B2B software deals (preferably for MNC or growth-oriented midsize companies).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Sound understanding of the technology services landscape and enterprise/BFSI buying cycles.
