Position Liaison and Field Executive Experience 3-4 years About Company Paripatram is a leading organization in implementing Circular Economy solutions dedicated to sustainable environmental practices We are introducing innovative solutions to transform waste management in India We work with the government and a wide array of stakeholders including the informal sector in developing decentralised infrastructure for waste management Join our team to be part of a pioneering effort in making India self-reliant cleaner and greener Position Overview The role involves identifying informal e-waste hubs and collecting data on e-waste generation and informal actors who are part of the value chain The candidate will build networks conduct meetings and organize workshops to explain the CFC development under the MSE-CDP scheme its benefits and facilitate interested actors through the registration process The chosen candidate will assist in selecting leaders for SPV formation managing SPV documentation coordinating with liaisoning officers for land and approvals and providing daily reports to the project manager Key Responsibilities Identification of informal hubs within the identified district and data collection of e-waste generation Quantitative and Qualitative and informal actors Engage with informal waste workers and aggregators across urban and semi-urban clusters Building network and conducting meetings with informal actors regarding development of CFC under MSE-CDP scheme its benefits investment process and business model Organize awareness drives and mobilisation workshops in local language Assist reporting officer project manager in organising workshops and meetings with informal actors to make them understand the CDP-CFC program and procedure for registration and CFC development Selection of leaders of Informal actors to become Directors of SPV Documentation of SPV registration Day to Day reporting to the project manager related to all activities Coordination with liaisoning officer for land allocation required documentation getting permissions NoC approval and license etc Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree or Diploma preference for Environmental Science or Social Work Experience working with informal sector or community engagement e-waste or MSME sector experience is an advantage Fluency in local language and basic Hindi and English communication Familiarity with urban slums and recycling networks is desirable Why Join Us At Paripatram we believe in empowering our employees to reach their full potential while creating solutions that truly matter As a valued member of our team you ll enjoy Continuous learning opportunities a competitive benefits package and a supportive team Opportunity to work with a team of passionate professionals and industry leaders committed to sustainability and innovation Chance to make a meaningful impact by collaborating with government bodies on sustainability initiatives A supportive and inclusive work environment where your ideas matter Paripatram is an equal opportunity employer Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 3 months Pay Up to 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
