We are hiring for TOP MNC for Sr. Structural Design Manager | Architecture / structural / MEP / Interior design Note - Looking from Architecture / structural / MEP / Interior design background Exposure in UAE projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use, and institutional). Job Role - Sr. Structural Design Manager Location - Bangalore Experience - 25+Years CTC - Up to 55LPA NP - Immediate - 60Days Shift Timings - 9AM - 6PM Work Mode - WFO Qualification - Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. Skill - Overall, 25 years’ experience with minimum 10 years of Structural design experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role. - Ability to interpret and adapt design criteria for UAE-specific loading, soil, and environmental conditions. - Strong familiarity with UAE codes, authority procedures, and construction practices. - Technical Expertise: - Strong command of structural analysis, load paths, seismic/wind design, and foundation systems. - Thorough understanding of reinforced concrete, steel, and post-tensioned systems. - Expert in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD Pro and SAFE (mandatory). - Familiarity with Green Building regulations and authority approval processes. - Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills. - UAE Experience is a major consideration Key Responsibilities Leadership and Management • Lead and manage the structural design team in Bangalore. • Oversee team workload, performance, mentoring, and professional development. • Ensure timely delivery of design packages as per Dubai office requirements and project schedules. • Conduct team performance reviews and promote professional development. • Manage workload allocation and resource planning for multiple ongoing projects. Design & Technical Coordination • Review, guide, and approve structural design concepts, calculations, models, and drawings. • Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, authority regulations, and international standards. • Provide design direction for reinforced concrete and steel structures used in UAE projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use, and institutional). • Supervise design at all stages — concept, schematic, detailed design, and IFC. • Coordinate closely with architects and MEP teams to ensure structural integration and constructability. • Act as the primary liaison between Bangalore and Dubai structural departments. • Participate in project review meetings and coordination discussions with Dubai’s project leaders. • Communicate technical queries, design changes, and project status updates to the Dubai team. • Support Dubai office in client presentations, design clarifications, and technical documentation. Project Management & Delivery • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to IFC (Issued for Construction) stage. • Establish project design schedules, monitor progress, and maintain quality control. • Coordinate directly with the Dubai office for project milestones, design updates, and technical clarifications. • Support the Dubai project management team in client presentations, design reviews, and value engineering exercises. • Oversee project timelines, manpower utilization, and deliverable schedules. • Coordinate design submissions for Dubai-based authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.) • Support value engineering, tender support, and construction technical assistance when required. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of all structural deliverables. Quality & Standards • Follow company design standards, templates, and QA/QC procedures. • Review design deliverables before submission to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Maintain proper documentation and revision control across all project stages. • Conduct internal audits and peer reviews to maintain design excellence. • Promote sustainability and energy-efficient design practices in line with UAE Green Building standards.
