Role Overview As a Junior .NET Developer, you will play a key role in developing, testing, and maintaining applications built on Microsoft technologies. This position is ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of hands-on experience who want to sharpen their skills, work in a collaborative environment, and contribute to innovative global fintech solutions. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions. - Develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET. - Implement and integrate RESTful APIs, JSON, and database queries for backend services. - Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and security. - Participate in code reviews and adopt best coding practices. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. - Write and maintain technical documentation for developed features and processes. - Actively participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, providing updates and input on assigned tasks. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 3–5 years of relevant experience in .NET development. - Strong understanding of .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and Entity Framework. - Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases. - Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. - Understanding of RESTful APIs and basic web services integration. - Experience using Git and working within Agile development environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a growth mindset. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Nice to Have - Experience with React.js or similar JavaScript frameworks. - Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms. - Basic understanding of unit testing, debugging, and CI/CD pipelines. - Awareness of DevOps practices.
