Job Description

- Develop innovative and visually appealing design concepts, graphics, and layouts for websites, social media, print materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Content Creation, and Product Development to understand project goals and translate them into impactful visual solutions.
- Create and maintain the brand's visual identity to ensure consistency across all design elements and materials.
- Produce high-quality graphics and visual content adhering to design guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to keep designs fresh and modern.
- Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to keep work current and relevant.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual communication strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Edit and retouch images to improve quality and adjust layouts and compositions as needed.
- Collaborate with printers, photographers, illustrators, and other creative professionals for successful project execution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, diverse portfolio showcasing various design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
- Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptability and openness to incorporate feedback and make design revisions.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and web design is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing software is a bonus.
- Familiarity with branding and marketing concepts is advantageous.
