Job Title Branch Manager Industry PUF Panel Manufacturing Experience Required Minimum 5 Years Job Type On-roll Location Hosur Tamil Nadu Salary 40 000 per month Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee operations at our PUF panel manufacturing branch in Hosur The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing manufacturing or construction materials businesses team leadership and business development You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations sales team performance client relations and overall branch growth Key Responsibilities Oversee daily branch operations including production coordination inventory dispatch and logistics Manage and lead a team across sales production and administration functions Ensure timely delivery of PUF panels and other products to clients Handle client relationships address grievances and ensure customer satisfaction Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets Develop new business opportunities and expand customer base Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations Prepare and present performance reports to senior management Coordinate with HO and other departments for smooth branch operations Requirements Graduate in Business Engineering or related field MBA preferred but not mandatory Minimum 5 years of experience in branch operations management preferably in construction materials or manufacturing Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of PUF panel or similar industry is an added advantage Proficiency in MS Office ERP systems Benefits Fixed Salary 40 000 month On-roll position with long-term career growth opportunities Exposure to a growing and dynamic sector Work Location ESI ring road Hosur Tamil Nadu Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
