We are looking for an experienced Model N Specialist with strong techno-functional expertise in Model N Flex application.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

✅ 4–5 years of experience across Model N Modules (MDM, Contract Pricing, Chargeback & Settlement Processing, GP Pricing & Filling, Workbook Calculation, GP Programs).

✅ Technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and UNIX.

✅ Experience with BI tools (Cognos, BI Objects) – added advantage.

✅ Strong background in working with global delivery teams and product vendors.

✅ Proven experience in Model N Platform Support / Implementation / Upgrade Projects.

✅ Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.

✅ Good knowledge of support processes, incident/SR/problem management using tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, JIRA, etc.

✅ Exposure/experience with Agile & DevOps methodology.
