Role Responsibilities Operate EDM Die-Sinking Wirecut machines for precision tool and mold manufacturing Read and interpret engineering drawings tool designs and CAD models Set up electrodes fixtures and workpieces on the machine Ensure dimensional accuracy surface finish and qualityEnsure dimensional accuracy surface finish and quality of machined parts Perform basic machine maintenance cleaning and electrode management Maintain proper records of job completion tool wear and machine utilization Work in coordination with toolmakers designers and QC team to meet deadlines Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures SOPs Qualification Education ITI Diploma in Tool Die Making Mechanical Machining Preferably from NTTF CIPET GTTC Govt ITI or equivalent Experience Required 2-5 years hands-on experience in operating EDM Wirecut Die-Sinking machines Knowledge of electrodes spark erosion process and machining parameters Basic understanding of CAD CAM programming preferred Key Skills Precision machining attention to detail Knowledge of toolroom standards and mold components Ability to work independently in a team Strong focus on quality and accuracy Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Education Diploma Preferred Experience total work 3 years Preferred License Certification ITI Preferred
