Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience, Social Media & Communication Manager located in Noida. The role involves managing customer interactions, handling social media accounts, creating and disseminating press releases, and developing strategic communications plans. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, coordinating with media outlets, and overseeing all social media marketing efforts to enhance brand presence and customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Excellent Communication and Strategic Communications skills, proficient in English - Advanced knowledge of AI tools to create Social Media Posts is a MUST - Proficiency in Social Media Marketing especially WhatsApp and Instagram - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Experience in the home décor or furnishing industry is a plus - Ability to coordinate with back-end teams at the Store to update consumers about order status - Ability to sell new products via 1:1 WhatsApp chats
