to bring our brand and learning experiences to life visually.

Role Overview
As a

Graphic Designer

at WorkBuds, you will craft engaging, digital-first visuals that connect with students, mentors, and industry leaders. You will collaborate with content writers, marketers, and video editors to turn concepts, campaigns, and course content into compelling designs. This is a high-visibility role that shapes how learners experience and remember the WorkBuds brand.

Key Responsibilities
Design graphics for:
Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube thumbnails, X)
Website banners, landing pages, and marketing collateral
Ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and lead-generation creatives
Emailers, digital brochures, and infographics
Presentations, webinars, mentor profiles, and course visuals
Maintain brand consistency across all design assets
Collaborate with content and marketing teams on creative campaigns
Deliver assets optimized for multiple formats, devices, and aspect ratios
Stay updated on design trends, Gen Z aesthetics, and education branding

A Day in the Life at WorkBuds
Morning:

Review new campaigns and plan design priorities for social, website, and email assets
Midday:

Create graphics, layouts, and visual content for marketing campaigns and course materials
Afternoon:

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to refine creatives and align with brand guidelines
Evening:

Deliver final designs, update project trackers, and brainstorm ideas for upcoming campaigns

What We’re Looking For
§

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or Adobe XD
§ Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first creativity, modern design aesthetic, and attention to detail
§

Understanding of typography, color, layout, and hierarchy
§ Ability to create engaging, intuitive, and conversion-friendly visuals
§ Excellent time management, communication skills, and fast turnaround capability
§

Nice to Have
Experience with video thumbnails, GIFs, or motion graphics
UI/UX design experience (Figma, Adobe XD)
Branding experience for edtech, D2C, or youth-focused startups
Collaboration experience with influencers or content creators
