Key Responsibilities: - Lead DevOps team in designing, developing, and maintaining release/deployment automation pipelines - Architect robust CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes - Design deployment strategies for Docker and Kubernetes applications using Helm charts - Integrate cloud services and IaC principles with AWS, Azure, or GCP - Conduct system and architecture reviews for optimization and enhancements - Promote DevOps best practices: CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code - Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement - Implement observability and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack) - Ensure alignment of deployment strategies with business objectives
