Job Description Job Description Program Manager Role: Program Manager Experience: 2+ years Compensation: Competitive and experience-driven Location: Indore About the Role We are hiring for a leading global technology and product company that builds advanced software solutions for the luxury retail ecosystem, with clients across the US and Canada. As a Program Manager, you will work at the intersection of operations, business strategy, product, engineering, and growth. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to run initiatives end-to-end, collaborate cross-functionally, and work closely with senior leadership. You will conceptualize, plan, execute, and improve key initiatives that directly impact business outcomes. Key Responsibilities 1. New Initiatives - Understand business objectives and identify improvement opportunities - Propose solutions, drive stakeholder buy-in, and lead implementation - Track performance and continuously optimize processes 2. Ongoing Initiatives - Lead execution of existing initiatives - Ensure alignment with defined strategy and processes - Monitor progress and drive consistency and discipline throughout execution 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as the bridge between multiple internal teams - Work with product, engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure initiative success - Enable seamless communication and alignment across stakeholders 4. Entrepreneurial Leadership - Take ownership of initiatives from concept to execution - Think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems - Build and document operational playbooks and standard operating procedures Minimum Qualifications - Undergraduate degree in any discipline - MBA from a Tier-1 institution is mandatory - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering Experience / Skills Required - 13 years of experience in a business analyst, program management, or similar role - Experience collaborating with founders, CXOs, or senior leaders - Strong understanding of project management and business operations - Ability to work with cross-functional teams - Analytical, structured, and data-driven approach to problem solving - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
