The XXperiment is a women’s wellness community empowering women across Social, Emotional, Physical, Mental, and Sexual wellness. Our universe includes a growing podcast, community-led conversations, and an upcoming merchandise line created for modern Indian women. We are looking for a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of our digital presence and bring The XXperiment’s energy to life every single day. - Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, , YouTube, and additional platforms - Produce high-quality, wellness-oriented content including reels, carousels, podcast snippets, stories, and educational posts - Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice grounded in empowerment, authenticity, and cultural relevance - Collaborate in person with founders, podcast hosts, content writers, designers, and wellness experts for timely and cohesive content creation - Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with wellness themes and podcast releases - Oversee community management: responding to comments, DMs, initiating conversations, and facilitating creator collaborations - Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimise content for reach and engagement - Support launches related to podcast episodes, merchandise rollouts, wellness events, and brand campaigns - Ensure consistent visual and messaging standards across all digital assets - Candidate Profile - 2–5 years of experience in social media management (preferably in wellness, lifestyle, women-centric brands, or content-driven roles) - Strong proficiency in video-led content creation, particularly reels and storytelling formats - Excellent copywriting skills with a refined, culturally aware and engaging tone - Strong visual sensibility with the ability to collaborate with designers and maintain brand aesthetics - Comfortable engaging with women’s wellness topics, including sensitive subject areas - Analytical, data-driven mindset with experience using social media insights tools - Passionate about women’s empowerment, wellness, and community-building. - What We Offer - The opportunity to contribute to a purpose-led, women-driven wellness initiative - Creative ownership and the freedom to xxperiment with new formats and ideas - A collaborative environment working closely with founders - Significant scope for role expansion and leadership as the brand grows - Exposure to podcast production, community events, and merchandise development
