The Role: Life Skills Coach

We are inviting Life Skills Coaches who can inspire learners to go beyond grades and careers — to build the confidence, resilience, and adaptability needed for life itself.

This is not about teaching from a manual. It’s about creating experiences that help learners discover who they are, how they think, and how they can grow.

As a Life Skills Coach at EDZYY, you will:

- Work with students, young professionals, and individuals in transition
- Equip them with skills to navigate uncertainty, manage emotions, collaborate, and lead
- Inspire them to see challenges not as obstacles but as opportunities for growth
- Be the catalyst who transforms knowledge into wisdom for living

💡 This role is offered as freelance/assignment-based engagements — giving you the flexibility to design your schedule and coaching style, while contributing to something deeply meaningful.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate engaging, interactive workshops and one-on-one sessions (primarily online).
- Coach learners on communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability, decision-making, resilience, teamwork, and leadership.
- Create safe, reflective spaces where learners can grow in self-awareness and confidence.
- Design learning experiences that are practical, relatable, and memorable.
- Inspire learners to apply life skills in both personal and professional contexts.
- Be a role model — embodying the very qualities you coach.

What We’re Looking For

- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences, or related fields.
- Experience: 3–10 years in life skills coaching, training, counseling, facilitation, or personal development.
- Certifications: Coaching, Counseling, or Facilitation credentials are a plus.

Core Competencies:

- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to engage diverse groups with energy and authenticity
- Deep understanding of life skills and human behavior
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for inspiring growth

Mindset: Believes in holistic education, passionate about shaping people beyond academics, committed to lifelong learning.
