Copywriter / Sr. Copy writer - Mainline Advertising

Job Description The position is responsible for the creative output, the ideation, presentation and execution of client branding and marketing communications campaign Job Description: - Independent Campaign Development: Take full ownership of advertising campaigns from concept to execution, demonstrating the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality creative output. - Strategic Decision-Making: Make daily decisions that strategically balance the need for creative excellence with the profitability goals of the agency and its clients. This involves understanding project budgets and resource allocation. - Stakeholder Communication: Ensure timely, clear, and informative communication flows between the creative function and internal partners (e.g., art directors, designers), the account team, and external clients. This includes presenting concepts, gathering feedback, and managing expectations. - Creative Content Generation: Develop engaging and persuasive copy for a wide range of advertising materials, including but not limited to: - Ad Campaigns: Conceptualize and write copy for integrated advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. - Print Ads: Craft concise and impactful headlines, body copy, and taglines for print advertisements. - Radio Ads: Develop scripts that are compelling, memorable, and effective for audio-only formats. - Brochures & Collateral: Write informative and persuasive content for brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral. - Pitch Development: Contribute significantly to new business pitches, developing compelling narratives and persuasive copy that helps secure new clients for the agency. Candidate Profile: - Creative Copywriting: Demonstrated ability to generate original, innovative, and effective advertising copy. - English Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and stylistic nuances. - Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work, including examples of Ad Campaigns, Print Ads, Radio Ads, and Brochures. - Pitch Exposure: Proven ability to work on pitches and contribute to winning new business.
