The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence - This role involves leading the sales team building strong relationships with key clients and collaborating with other departments to ensure our sales goals align with overall company objectives Strategic Planning and Execution - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats - Create and manage sales forecasts and budgets Team Leadership - Recruit train and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance - Set clear sales goals and objectives and provide regular feedback and performance reviews - Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team Client Relationship Management - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders - Negotiate and close major deals ensuring long-term client satisfaction - Develop and implement customer retention strategies Collaboration and Communication - Work closely with the marketing product development and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives - Communicate sales performance insights and recommendations to the executive team Performance Analysis - Analyze sales data and metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement - Utilize CRM tools and other technologies to optimize sales processes and reporting ref updazz com
