Your Tasks:

- Ensuring high software quality throughout the development process.
- Ensuring adherence to defined development guidelines.
- Meeting the company's workload targets.
- Creating functional design documents, such as estimates, specifications, and test plans, based on customer requirements.
- Developing software architecture following the FDD/FSD approach.
- Implementing software according to requirement specifications, using tools like DevOps or JIRA, while maintaining the highest level of code quality.
- Ensuring the proper functioning of the software.
- Creating software documentation, including online help and manuals Performing code documentation in accordance with the development guideline.
- Introducing new technologies and procedures into software development processes.
- Independently acquiring knowledge and sharing it with teams and the entire organization.
- Taking on mentoring and coaching responsibilities.
- Ensuring compliance with information security and data protection requirements.

Your qualifications:

- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong knowledge of relevant programming languages and current development method.
- Good understanding of software architectures.
- Proficiency in SQL programming, MS SQL Server, Azure services, frontend development, and .NET development.
- Familiarity with user interface philosophies.
- High expertise in integrating with Dynamics 365/Dataverse.
- Proficient in using MS Office programs (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
