Company MercerDescription We are seeking a talented individual to join our MMC Tech team at MMC Corporate This role will be based in Gurgaon Noida Pune Mumbai This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office Senior Manager Manager Senior Principal Engineer Business IntelligenceWhat can you expect Being a part of a global team of professionals Analyzes documents and implements solutions aligned with Companys long-term goals Focuses on continuous improvements to team and processes to achieve highest efficiency and create maximum value Works in conjunction with project design team on new and innovative reporting solutions and as requested perform business analysis and troubleshooting tasks We will count on you to Analyze reporting specifications and develops delivers reporting solutions on time and with minimal defects works independently with minimal supervision Provides mid-month and special ad-hoc reports as requested within 2 day turnaround time Assigns report requests to other unit members and monitor completion and accuracy Prepares documentation for report specifications or Quality Assurance testing Provides training to other unit employees on advanced and complex reporting concepts as needed Develops complex and customized reports both on a proactive basis to address client needs as well as in response to user requests Manages team and workflow in Manager s absence Delegates and reviews work of Senior BI Report Analyst and BI Report Analyst What you need to have Install Configure Qlik Sense NPrinting servers Manage user access and security rules Monitor and optimzie the Qlik platform Collaborate with business users and developers to understand the planform requirements Experience in developing application using Qlik Sense enterprise and Desktop version Enterprise Version is must Experience in SQL including T-SQL data modeling and developing insights using Qlik Sense NPrinting Provide support and training to end users Strong knowledge of Qlik Sense Enterprise NPrinting Qlik SaaS Experience in Qlik Sense SaaS Administration Knowledge on Qlik Security and access controls Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Qlik Sense issues Familiarity with Qlik data modeling Understanding Qlik performance optimization Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Strong Communication skills
