Job Description We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Security Consultant to design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The role involves working with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), Active Directory (AD), and tools like iNow to support governance, birthright provisioning, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IAM frameworks, SailPoint configuration, and identity lifecycle management. Experience: 6+ years Location: Remote Responsibilities: - Custom Development, Implementation, and solution design of the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) product. Requirements: - Development, Implementation/Configuration and deployment of the IdentityIQ (IIQ, Identity Access & Identity Management). - 4+ years of Java/J2EE Development experience in an enterprise environment. - Hands-on experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory (AD) and other LDAP directories. - Experience with automated provisioning and de-provisioning, specifically Birthright Provisioning. - Solid understanding of identity governance principles and experience implementing access review and certification campaigns. - Identity Access/Identity Management Project - Extensive Experience dealing with customer-oriented Customizations, QuickLinks, extended attributes etc. - Experience with Provisioning, certifications, LCM, governance policies, Onboarding and off boarding tasks. - Good exposure dealing with the Difference Service and PAM accounts. - Experience designing workflows and custom connectors from Scratch. - Experience of the entire product development cycle, solution designing and team management. - IIQ, iNow experience is must. - Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL) would be an add-on. - Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD). - Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell) a plus. Good to Have: - Understanding of AI advancements and their potential application in IAM (e.g., intelligent access recommendations, anomaly detection, predictive analytics). - Knowledge of Cloud Security principles and experience integrating SailPoint with cloud-based applications and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS applications).
