Job Description

- Lead and manage electrical operations and maintenance activities in the cement plant
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and smooth functioning of all electrical systems, including HT/LT panels, motors, transformers, and sub-stations
- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and energy-efficiency standards across electrical systems
- Coordinate with other departments for maintenance shutdowns, equipment upgrades, and energy audits
- Evaluate performance of electrical assets and suggest improvements or replacements as necessary
- Maintain records of equipment history, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation
- Lead and mentor a team of electrical technicians and junior engineers
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and statutory electrical safety norms
