Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Frontend Developer with 1-2 years of experience and strong Next.js expertise to join our development team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, project ownership mindset, and emerging leadership qualities. You&aposll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver responsive, high-quality user interfaces that drive our startup&aposs growth.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Technical Excellence

- Build responsive and performant user interfaces using Next.js with pixel-perfect precision
- Develop reusable components and front-end libraries that scale with our growing product
- Translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code with meticulous attention to detail
- Integrate frontend components seamlessly with REST APIs
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security meet startup standards
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain code quality

Ownership & Leadership

- Take full ownership of assigned features from conception to deployment
- Proactively identify and solve technical challenges before they impact the team
- Lead by example in code quality, documentation, and best practices
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Drive technical decisions for frontend architecture and tooling choices

Collaboration & Communication

- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to sprint planning and project estimation with accurate timelines

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

- 1-2 years of professional frontend development experiencewith demonstrable Next.js expertise
- Strong proficiency withReact.js fundamentalsand modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience withstate managementlibraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.)
- Solid understanding ofresponsive and adaptive design principles
- Hands-on experience working withRESTful APIsand data fetching patterns
- Proficiency withversion control using Gitand collaborative development workflows
- Experience withfrontend build toolsand modern development workflows
