We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in financial reporting, compliance, and analysis.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and examine financial records and statements
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial laws
- Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and provide recommendations for improvement
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
- Conduct audits and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and insights

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- GST filing and returns, IT filing.
- Professional certification (CA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
