Job Description:
Specific Area of Expertise (Project Systems):
- Project Systems (WBS elements)
- Interfacing applications
- Controlling Cost objects
- Assessments & Distribution
- CO Masterdata Objects
- Internal Orders (real and statistical)
- Interfacing applications – Kronos, Concur, Hyperion
- Material Ledger
- Parallel Valuation
- Transfer Pricing
- Assessments & Distribution
- Consolidation and TP eliminations
- Basic understanding of statutory vs. Management reporting
- Strong functional knowledge of finances preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution design, build, and implementation experience with S4 FI and CO modules
- Work closely with the Product Teams and project teams (internal and external) to assure a timely solution
- Perform and support multiple Product Team activities simultaneously, working with internal and external cross-functional groups
- Resolving technical issues including diagnosis of problem, recommendations for workarounds and defect correction
- Analyze, design, construct, test, and implement system or application enhancements
- Create and maintain all required technical documentation per IS methodology and processes
- Understand customer’s business implications and incorporate understanding into technical and process improvement recommendations
- Lead and support roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionality specifically within the S4 FI and CO space
- Adhere to project plans, Sprint and Program Increment task and deliverables; identify dependencies and resource requirements
- Collaboratively perform across different Product Teams, work groups and divisions
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. federal/country and regulatory requirements)
- Proactively support and functionally assist on FI and CO data conversions objects.
